Charlotte’s mini open-face galettes are rustic, buttery little pies made with love and the freshest seasonal fruits. At 4" in size and sold by the dozen, each galette is hand-folded from scratch with tender, flaky pastry and filled with juicy, sweet fruit. No two are exactly alike, and that’s part of their charm!
